Our group would just like to clarify some matters, as we are in the process of firming up some details.
1) For the project, we would like to find out how many girls will be attached to us for the project, and would like to look at the possibility of organizing an ice breaking session before the commencement of the project to get to know the teens better.
2) We would also like to have an idea of what the teens might be selling at the pushcart.
3) Will there be an area in the premises to stowaway the pushcart? We forsee certain difficulties if the pushcart is left there at the area suggested as it is a non sheltered area.
Lastly we would like to check if we could meet you as a group next wednesday to firm up some discussion plans, as well as to meet the participants that will be involved in this project. Kindly advise on a suitable time to meet, or perhaps an alternative day if you're unable to make it on wednesday.

Dear Sir/ Mdm,
We are a group of Business Undergraduate students from the Singapore Management University, and are currently working on a Project titled "WHYtheboard" as part of our Leadership & Team Building module. Our group recognizes Capital Land's contribution in aiding budding entrepreneurs in setting up their own businesses by offering them a more affordable option via pushcarts.
As part of our project, we are collaborating with Andrew and Grace's Home to set up an Entrepreneurship Corner,to aid the girl's in integrating succesfully back into the society, by doing their own business. Being business students, we will also be sharing with them some basic Inventory, book keeping, marketing and advertising strategies that they will need to set up their own businesses in future.
As a beginning, we are looking at starting off their small businesses in the form of pushcarts, which will be placed in their premises, to sell some of their hand made products in this pushcarts during events held in the home. These pushcarts will serve as an effective avenue for the girls as a stepping stone to start off their business. The entrepreneurship experience picked up from this project will be with them for a lifetime and it is then hoped that through this project, the girls will learn to be self sufficient in future. At the end of it all,our team aims to aid these teens to integrate succesfully back into the society as a long term goal.
Our group sincerely hopes that your organization will consider donating 2-3 old pushcarts in enabling this project to be a success.

Oki Folks!
I've got the powerpoint content edited and done up, Matt, need your help for this case, to add in the decorations.
Basically we'll do AG, anyone have any panic issues please highlight to us, whoeevr has ideas can tackle it. Don't worry, we'll be able to pull this one off. ^_^
Now we have to do the following:
1. Come up with a list of proposed tasks which we plan to do. (Ops, Priority)
2. Think about how we going to execute our presentation. (Fluff and stuff, Priority.)
3. Think of who will present what during our presentation. (Priority.)
4. Come up with a detailed listing of Operational Plan, how we going to carry out the tasks. (Ops, deadline after our presentation.)
5. Source for how to do up the Pushcart. (Log, deadline after our presentation.)
** If we cannot start off with the Pushcart, we can kick off with an interactions session first. (Buy the Log side sometime to source for the Push cart. Log side perhaps you guys can start immediately, understand this is something crucial, yet hard to find.)
Meanwhile Joan, we got to sit down and think of the Operations plan, how we gonna run things once the presentation ends. (Maybe after Week 4)
PY, Cherie, we need your help to think of something: What is the syllabus we gonna conduct for the girls. If we gonna kick off a lesson thingy, we need a syllabus. (Maybe do this asap, so that we can add it into our proposal to AG, at least Li Ping knows what activities comes first, what comes next, and what we're gonna teach.)
Elvin, we need you to focus on the mutli-media part, if we're gonna do something with multi-media dis friday, you just focus on that, leave the rest to us. (Of course do it asap,so that you can help us with our work as well.)

Basically we'll do AG, anyone have any panic issues please highlight to us, whoeevr has ideas can tackle it. Don't worry, we'll be able to pull this one off. ^_^
Now we have to do the following:
1. Come up with a list of proposed tasks which we plan to do. (Ops, Priority)
2. Think about how we going to execute our presentation. (Fluff and stuff, Priority.)
3. Think of who will present what during our presentation. (Priority.)
4. Come up with a detailed listing of Operational Plan, how we going to carry out the tasks. (Ops, deadline after our presentation.)
5. Source for how to do up the Pushcart. (Log, deadline after our presentation.)
** If we cannot start off with the Pushcart, we can kick off with an interactions session first. (Buy the Log side sometime to source for the Push cart. Log side perhaps you guys can start immediately, understand this is something crucial, yet hard to find.)
Meanwhile Joan, we got to sit down and think of the Operations plan, how we gonna run things once the presentation ends. (Maybe after Week 4)
PY, Cherie, we need your help to think of something: What is the syllabus we gonna conduct for the girls. If we gonna kick off a lesson thingy, we need a syllabus. (Maybe do this asap, so that we can add it into our proposal to AG, at least Li Ping knows what activities comes first, what comes next, and what we're gonna teach.)
Elvin, we need you to focus on the mutli-media part, if we're gonna do something with multi-media dis friday, you just focus on that, leave the rest to us. (Of course do it asap,so that you can help us with our work as well.)

***** Finally guys, we've come so far liao, no problem one, AG quite nice to us, and so far Prof has not said anything weird. (If he does, we throw nuke at him. ) Jia You, going to clear this one liao, after the presentation we can lower tempo a bit and focus on other stuff. (Yay!)
